Owner and Organizer of Chaos
With over twenty years of experience, this master of the trade is well versed within this industry. He specializes in creating solutions to solve mechanical problems in all situations to never compromise on quality or safety.
Jeremy’s entire family (wife & three kids) is dedicated to the community of St Albert & Edmonton and has supported numerous charities.
Soul Mechanical is a family oriented business that believes, that the key to a successful business is to never compromise on the quality of work.
Meet Jeremy (not to be confused with Jeremy), our Strategic Director at Soul Mechanical. Jeremy brings with him a wealth of construction, maintenance, institutional and industrial knowledge. He is also ambitious and self-driven and has a variety of residential and commercial experiences. Jeremy is both a Red Seal certified Electrician and Instrumentation Technician and has successfully managed many demolitions and hazardous waste projects. As Strategic Director, Jeremy is responsible for executing all projects, managing manpower and balancing the required resources to meet our customer needs. Jeremy is a dedicated and loving husband and father who loves coffee almost as much as he loves his job.
Meet Adam the tactics manager who is running the day-to-day field operations for Soul Mechanical.
He may look mean but don’t let that fool you his customer service skills are top-notch. After spending many years in the field Adam can always be trusted for sound technical advice. Adam loves motorcycles and enjoys the wind blowing through his very short hair. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Organizer of the Stuff
Charlene is our Chief of the office and the best organizer in the world. She keeps all of our paperwork on one spot, and she always knows where everything is. She holds the whole company together and on track. Without Charlene, there would be no payrolls or tax reports. When she is not saving our paychecks, she is volunteering in her children’s school.
Nick The apprentice in the field of Sheet Metal. Nick can be found banging in tin and replacing furnaces for our customers. Nick is quick to learn and hard to keep quiet. He does great work and we are super excited to have him on our team.
The Fixer of Things
Going from a mechanic to sales and through everything in between, Dustin has been in the mechanical industry for over ten years. He spends most of the time in the service, but we can always count on him helping in a different aspect of our business. His top priority is his family, but he keeps Soul Mechanical as a close second. When he’s not working, Dustin loves to ride motorcycles and go camping.
Kemar is well versed in the area of plumbing and is always up for the challenge. He is ready and available to handle even the toughest plumbing jobs. Kemar is also a well-experienced barber.
Troy is well versed in the area of plumbing and is always up for the challenge. He is ready and available to handle even the toughest plumbing jobs. Part of the team since the beginning of Soul Mechanical and a shareholder. Troy can be found hiking, skiing and or hanging out at home with his girlfriend during his downtime.
Master of Water and Gas
Ryan is a true professional with years of experience. He can work on commercial as well as on residential projects and you can be sure, it will be a job well done. When Ryan is not in charge of pipes in your house or commercial building, he likes to spend time with his children.
Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic
The brightest star (that’s how he refers to himself) of the Soul Mechanical team with many years of experience. Jason will often tell the stories of how Jeremy would have never made it through trade school without him. He is also a proud father of four lovely kids. On his time off Jason can be found hunting, fishing and exercising.
This 2nd-year refrigeration mechanic is taking the trade by storm. We are expecting great things for Drew in the years to come. Always happy and usually on time. Such a pleasure to have around.
Mali (pronounced Molly) is the newest member of our office team. She has over 20 years of experience in retail management and has just recently moved into her new role here at Soul. When she isn’t working (usually when someone has forced her to go home), Mali spends her time with her 4 amazing kids. Mali and her family love to keep busy and spend much of their time with friends and family camping, hiking, swimming and snowboarding
