Are you an outgoing and organized person who is looking for something new? We are looking for a Service Coordinator for the day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of our field team! This is a full time, Monday thru Friday position with lots of opportunity to grow. If you are looking to join a fun and positive team (and thrive on keeping everyone organized) we should talk!
Key responsibilities:
Dispatching technicians
Answering phones
Invoicing
Warranty processing
Assist with booking equipment and coordinating material deliveries
Coordinating schedules with clients
Assisting with various administrative functions
Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Positive Attitude is a must!
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, word, email, etc.)
Works well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
Flexible and adaptable
Dependable, trustworthy, and honest
Previous experience in a customer service/dispatching environment is not required but would be considered an asset
